We take pride in our one hundred percent organic, nutrient-rich compost top dressing. Deliver the most wholesome and balanced source of nutrients for your lawn after core aeration makes it most receptive to nutrient absorption. We apply 40 lb of this beautiful lawn top dressing over every 1,000 sq ft!

Humate is a natural soil conditioner that can fortify organic materials that your grass needs to grow. Humate is perfect for breaking up harder soils, like clay, in order to allow more effective nutrient absorption. In addition to all of our other Fall lawn services, this package also includes a humate lawn treatment.

Additional weed control in addition to the humate lawn treatment, overseeding, and aeration, is what makes this a premium package. For lawns that struggle with pesky weed invasion, this package helps them build resiliency and strength, with organic weed control using the highest quality ingredients on the market.
