Green Roots Organic is a growing and locally owned lawn care company based in South Orange, NJ. We have been in business for 5 years and have clients across Essex, Union, and Morris Counties. We are seeking an Office Manager to join our team and assist in the day-to-day operations of the office. This person will work directly with the owner, is an integral part of the team, and provide support to staff by keeping things organized, completing administrative tasks, and managing workflow for the business. It is a fast paced role that requires a person who communicates well, is organized, and can multi-task.
Hours are 9:00 am – 3:00 pm, Monday thru Friday. The hours and flexibility of this role can be tailored to the applicant and can vary depending on the individual needs of the applicant.
● Invoicing● Booking and Sending Estimates● Client Communication and Phone Answering● Email Management● Customer Service with some Sales Involvement● Marketing and Social Media Support● Project Management● Scheduling and Dispatching● Ongoing maintenance of client management and scheduling (CRM) software
Experience and Skill Required:
● Comfortable learning a new software system● Client Relationship experience● Professional and Approachable● Self-sufficient: someone who leads, takes initiative and finds ways of improving our systems● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive, solutions-oriented perspective● Dependable and Reliable
